A few things worth knowing.
Each time SiteBuddy generates a response to a website visitor, one reply is counted. A visitor opening or closing the widget does not count as a reply.
Your assistant pauses new replies until your allowance resets on the 1st of the next month, or until you upgrade. While paused, visitors are pointed to your fallback contact email so nobody is left without an answer.
Basic keeps the SiteBuddy badge in the chat, uses the SiteBuddy logo as the chat picture, and offers the Classic Glow, Clean Minimal and Midnight templates. Standard and Pro unlock all 11 templates, your own logo or photo, and Match my website, which reads your site's colours and style and sets the chat to match in one click.
Your choice. Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get two months free. You pick the billing period when you choose your plan and can switch it any time in your dashboard.
